Sony OTC Hearing Aids – Sony CRE-C10 & Sony CRE-E10
Sony has developed their new OTC hearing aids in partnership with WS Audiology. WS Audiology is the result of a merger of the Widex and Sivantos hearing aid companies. This partnership between Sony and WS Audiology combines expertise from the medical device and technological consumer product industries.

The Sony CRE-C10 is virtually invisible since it fits deep inside the ear canal. It uses a size 10 battery and has a battery life of up to 70 hours. It features one microphone on each hearing aid to pick up all the sounds around you. The Sony CRE-C10 is currently listed for $999.99 USD.

The Sony CRE-E10 is an earbud design. It offers a rechargeable battery with a 26 hour battery life and wireless charging. There’s also Bluetooth connectivity for audio streaming with Apple iOS only. Each hearing aid features two microphones which can help with noise reduction. The Sony CRE-E10 is currently listed for $1299.99 USD.
Both of these new OTC hearing aids use the Sony Hearing Control app to adjust the sound quality. The hearing aids communicate with each other from side to side for improved hearing in noise. There’s also four different ear tip sizes to choose from for the best fit.
